All photos on this website are copyright protected by StevesCDs.com Civil penalties for infringement of registered copyrights is set by statute which means that we do not have to show having been harmed. Damage awards are set by the court from between $500 and $30,000 per photo, per infringement, and by statute, the copyright holder (us) is always granted attorneys fees and legal costs paid by the defendant. That means that the infringer pays for everything. At $350/hour for our attorney plus whatever your attorney costs, you are easily looking at bankruptcy - and bankruptcy will not release you from paying damages determined by a court ordered judgment.
